Student's rulebook

Responsibilities of the student
  1. I come to class on time.
  2. After breaks, I line up in front of the classroom, waiting for the teacher.
  3. I don't eat or chew gum in class.
  4. I don't bring my phone or toys to school.
  5. I don't beat, I don't accost anyone, I don't use violence against the weak.
  6. During lessons, I don't talk, I don't interfere with the class, I answer when asked.
  7. I remember to do my homework and come to class prepared.
  8. I do not leave the school grounds during class time.
  9. I'm collegial, I don't complain, I help the weaker ones learn.
  10. I treat all school members with respect.
  11. I take part in performances and school events.
  12. I do not use ugly words, I do not shout, I politely address others.
Rights of the student
  1. Pupils of the Polish Saturday School are entitled to be all those who want to learn the Polish language regardless of gender, race, political and religious beliefs between the ages of 5 and 15.
  2. Every student has the right to be treated in a manner that does not violate personal dignity.
  3. The student has the right to express his own opinions, but this must not offend anyone's dignity.
  4. The student is ensured safety and protection from all forms of violence in classrooms and at breaks.
  5. A student has the right to a fair assessment of his learning.
Penalties and Discipline
Students who violate or fail to comply with school rules are subject to the following disciplinary actions:
  1. The student is verbally admonished by the Teacher.
  2. The teacher sends a letter to Parents - calling parents to school. (Documented and signed by parents).
  3. The head of the school has the right to temporarily suspend a student or remove a student from the list immediately.
Rewards
A student may be rewarded for academic achievement, involvement in school activities by praise by a teacher or manager.
